Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Remedy Education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to develop and implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies.
- Implement behaviour intervention plans and strategies to address individual student needs in an inclusion unit within a mainstream school.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in behaviour support and intervention.
- Ability to work with students with ASD and ADHD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
