At Autumnpaper Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for supporting the planning, management, and measurement of our traffic acquisition channels, while driving the brand's online strategy. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders globally and regionally, playing a crucial role in delivering marketing campaigns and optimizing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize our Google Ads, Social Ads, Affiliate & Email Marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Salesforce, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with online product strategy and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience delivering marketing campaigns and analyzing data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
