Senior Product Manager - Customer Portals

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at PDR Solutions, a leading provider of digital solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for customer-facing portals, shaping the future of customer interactions by overseeing the design, development, and optimization of customer-facing portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner, and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate the portal product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
  • Detail portal requirements and design decisions in collaboration with the Transformation team, and work alongside the chosen integration partner to build and launch new portals.
  • Ensure that portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer-focused, and compliant.
  • Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and experience in designing and developing customer-centric solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive strategies for customer-facing portals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
