Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at PDR Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investment product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to build an Investments Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive investment product strategy
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner, and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges
- Detail requirements in collaboration with our Transformation team for our future investment solutions
- Define, prioritise, and communicate the investment product roadmap to internal stakeholders
- Ensure that product controls, processes, pricing, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the management and development of innovative investment solutions, a strong knowledge of the UK investment market, technology market trends and the ability to define and execute a comprehensive investment product roadmap.
