Senior Product Manager - Charitable Sector

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at PDR Solutions. As a key member of our Product team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for our Charities & Impact product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a detailed customer and product strategy for Charities & Impact
  • Develop fundraising tools for charities and assess opportunities for international expansion
  • Provide senior product oversight to the theory of change and ensure requirements are mapped across the product portfolio
  • Drive the development of Group-level propositions for the Impact Accelerator
  • Ensure that all Charities & Impact product controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant
  • Be at the heart of the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI driven development across multi-functional teams

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Product Management within the Third Sector
  • Ability to deliver and gain buy-in on strategies and plans from stakeholders of all levels and senior management
