Senior Product Manager - Customer Portals

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for our customer-facing portals. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of customer interactions by overseeing the design, development, and optimization of our customer portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Define and prioritize the portal product roadmap and communicate it to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Transformation team to detail portal requirements and design decisions.
  • Ensure portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer-focused, and compliant.
  • Participate in building world-class product practices centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and ability to demonstrate their use in designing and developing customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of tools, including Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
