Operations Role at Revolution Bars Group

Salary: £30,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Operations Manager to join our team at Revolution Bars Group.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the business, from managing the bar team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, to supporting a dedicated restaurant team in providing high-quality food and beverage services.

Our Operations Managers are the backbone of our front-of-house operation, and we want you to be part of it Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in this role, as you will need to work with the management, kitchen, sales, and front of house teams to motivate and inspire your team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including financial management and inventory control
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and beverage services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
