We are a premium fitness brand dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Our state-of-the-art facility is a hub for fitness enthusiasts, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to our fitness and operational teams, ensuring excellent customer service and upholding the highest standards within our facility.
  • Operational Oversight: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Staff Management: Manage and train staff in a variety of roles, including personal training and group sessions.
  • Policy Development: Help create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that members feel valued and supported throughout their journey with ROX Life.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience within the fitness industry.
  • Qualifications: Level 3 personal training qualification and experience with meeting high health and safety requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
