Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for leading important internal functions, including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food products.
  • Ensure Food Safety: Implement and maintain a food safety program that meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements, ensuring that our customers receive safe and healthy food products.
  • Manage Inventory: Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  • Support General Manager: Work closely with the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three key areas: Kitchen, Customer Service, and Team Management.
