We are seeking a qualified educator to provide temporary support to local schools in Worcestershire as a Classroom Support Educator.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with students, colleagues, and school administrators
Teach and engage students in an inclusive classroom environment while working closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.
Requirements• Qualified teaching certification (QTS)
• Experience in a teaching or educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
