Job Overview: We are seeking a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. The successful candidate will work with children who require both educational support and personal care assistance.

About the Role: This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position, offering a competitive salary, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in a classroom setting, and be willing and able to provide personal care assistance when required.

Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include supporting with learning, providing personal care assistance, classroom support, monitoring and reporting, and promoting independence.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring and patient approach, as well as excellent communication skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work as part of a team.
