Sales Leadership Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales leader to join our team as Head of Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving sales performance, and enhancing the travel brand. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Leveraging technology to drive greater lead generation and improve management of leads.
- Managing a team of experienced sales consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to ensure excellent sales execution.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analysing sales data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous sales management experience within the travel industry, first-hand product knowledge of the luxury 4* and 5* holiday market, and strong analytical and project management skills.
