Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Expert for Centre of Excellence to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Manchester factory, ensuring the highest level of support to our food and packaging designers and projects across the business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support - Provide technical support to our food and packaging designers and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our pilot plant and maintaining safe and efficient operations.
  • Project Management - Support the development and implementation of projects within the CoE and plants, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including food and packaging designers, project managers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise - Proven experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of food hygiene principles and material management.
  • Factory Experience - Previous experience working in a factory environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Computer Skills - Proficient in basic computer skills, including email, Teams, Excel, and SAP.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
