Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and commercial activities in the Waste Management division. As a Director of Commercial Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and future opportunities in the waste management sector.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers, improving awareness of Mitie commercial waste management capabilities.
  2. To source and develop new business development opportunities for waste and resource management services.
  3. To provide commercial intelligence to the Facilities Management Solutions team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the waste management/environmental services sector, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to understand commercial requirements and devise innovative solutions for various organisation types.
