About Us

We are a forward-thinking, patient-centred medical practice with a dedicated team comprising five GP Partners, two Salaried GPs, four Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), and one Practice Nurse serving 15,400 patients in the heart of Newton Mearns.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our friendly, supportive, and organised Practice Admin Team due to staff retirement.

Job Description:

  • To assist with administrative tasks such as typing, workflow, prescriptions, and summarising/coding.
  • To use your own initiative and work under pressure while staying calm.
  • To have experience in Emis & Docman systems and previous GP practice experience is essential.
  • To be flexible and able to cover sickness at short notice and annual leave.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in GP practice administration.
  • Familiarity with Emis & Docman systems.

About the Role:
