BoConcept London is a leading franchise with 10 stores and a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a Sales Design Consultant to join our team in Fenwick Bracknell, a new and exciting concession opening in the Autumn.

The ideal candidate will be service-minded and sales-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and/or design, who can grow sales through strong customer relationships and provide personalized solutions to customers' design challenges.

The Sales Design Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and taking customers on a journey to find the right solution for their design challenges.
  • Demonstrating the ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships and personalized solutions.
  • Using Room Planner, our design software, to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes.
  • Working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
