Sales Consultant

BoConcept London is a leading furniture retailer with a global presence, boasting 10 stores and a strong expansion strategy. We are currently seeking highly motivated Sales Design Consultants to join our team at our new concession in Fenwick Bracknell, set to open in the autumn.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and customer service skills, with a passion for interior design and furniture sales. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, growing sales through strong relationships, and utilizing our design software to create customized furniture solutions.
We offer a competitive basic salary, an excellent commission structure (approximately £22k-28k OTE), extensive training and progression opportunities, private health insurance, a pension scheme, and generous staff discounts.
The successful candidate will be a sales-driven individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships and possess energy, integrity, dedication, and a passion for interior design.
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be trained to use our design software, Room Planner, to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes. All/most weekends and bank holiday work are required.
