BoConcept London is a leading franchise with 10 stores and a strong presence in the market. We are seeking a Sales Design Consultant to join our team in Fenwick Bracknell, a new and exciting concession opening in the Autumn.

The ideal candidate will be service-minded and sales-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and/or design, who can grow sales through strong customer relationships and provide personalized solutions to customers.

The Sales Design Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Designing and selling customized furniture solutions using our Room Planner software
  • Building strong relationships with customers and growing sales through upselling and cross-selling
  • Working collaboratively with the design team to create visually appealing and functional spaces
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to the success of the store
