Sales Consultant

BoConcept London is a leading franchise with 10 stores and a strong expansion plan. We are seeking a Sales Design Consultant for a new concession in Fenwick Bracknell, opening soon. The ideal candidate will be service-minded and sales-driven, with experience in sales and/or interior design.
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with customers to understand their design challenges and provide solutions using our design software, Room Planner.
We offer a competitive basic salary, excellent commission structure, and a comprehensive training and progression plan. You will also have access to private health insurance, a pension scheme, and generous staff discounts.
The successful candidate will be a sales-driven individual with a positive attitude, energy, and integrity. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships and possess experience in interior design and/or selling furniture.
All Sales/Design Consultants will be trained to use Room Planner, our design software, to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes. Most weekends and bank holidays are required.
