We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in French to join our client's successful sales team at Huntress - Bracknell. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and driving sales through various channels. Your ability to communicate effectively in French will be essential in building relationships with our French-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in French-speaking regions, selling the organisation's product and systems.
  • Proactively close on sales deals, providing plenty of product and in-depth technical knowledge to answer any client queries.
  • Acquire new customers while also retaining and growing an existing client base.
  • Generate leads to qualify and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions on the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Native or native-level fluent French speaker.
  • Consultative or solutions selling approach is a must with excellent customer service skills.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve.
