About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at Larpool Country House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in planning and preparing menus
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • NVQ 3 in professional cooking or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and flexible to work evenings and weekends
