About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef/Cook to join our team at HF Holidays. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and serving Traditional British menus
  • Work in a busy kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • NVQ 3 in professional cooking or willingness to work towards one
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
