We're on the hunt for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

About the Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations. This includes preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specification, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef looking to take the next step in their career. You'll need:

  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef/kitchen skills
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Self-motivation to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety
