**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Civil Litigation/Solicitor with experience in criminal law and Proceeds of Crime legislation in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Scottish legal landscape.
In this role, you will work closely with the Scottish Ministers to exercise functions under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. You will be responsible for conducting complex investigations, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to support the prosecution of asset recovery cases.
The estimated salary for this position is £57,701, which includes a LTD day rate of £297.15.
