Stand Tall Consultancy Ltd is a leading provider of specialist Civil Engineering services. We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of our projects.

**Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and manage a team of contract managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that contracts are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the Civil Engineering sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of contract management software.

**Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional membership of a relevant industry body (e.g. CIOB, ICE).
  • Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the Civil Engineering sector.
