We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the management of wastewater design and build frameworks in the North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within financial budget and tight time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise site managers to ensure effective running of operations
  • Oversee operational and technical elements of multiple water utility frameworks
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and time constraints
  • Manage KPIs and production of staff
  • Monitor health, safety, quality, and environmental issues
  • Manage subcontractors, plant, and materials
  • Liaise with clients and local authorities
  • Provide contract-related issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
Requirements
  • 5+ years management experience in utility projects
  • Excellent knowledge of utility projects and legislation
  • Professional qualifications (NRSWA Supervisor, SMSTS, NEBSOH, IOSH)
  • Proven track record of successful delivery
  • Excellent commercial and programming awareness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
  • Full UK driving licence

This is a full-time permanent role, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from our Widnes Office. Opportunity to spend time in and working closely with other departments will be provided to ensure the successful applicant gains a wide depth and breadth of experience and understanding of the company and industry.
