As a Senior Support Worker in our Telford-based home, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, or associated behaviors.
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate team leader to join our 6-bed home, which has received a 'Good' rating from Ofsted. Our team members are passionate about empowering young people to explore their strengths and interests, and we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in leading our team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support. You'll be responsible for implementing person-centered plans, promoting independence, and providing emotional support and guidance to our young people.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in residential childcare, a Level 3 Children & Young People Award, and excellent leadership and communication skills. You'll also be a team player who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents.

**Requirements:**
- 1-year experience in residential childcare
- Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
- Experience of working within and leading a team
- Driver with a valid license
- Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
