Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description:

As a Senior Support Worker with Creative Support, you will play a key role in leading our team in providing dignified and respectful care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to learn new skills and increase their independence and self-esteem.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing essential documents, including support plans and risk assessments.
  • Liaising with family members, professionals, and commissioners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Working flexibly according to the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
