Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Lead to provide exceptional care to young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities.

This role involves leading a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care, empowering service users to make informed decisions and maximise their choices and rights.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare required for this challenging position.
  • Experience working with young people with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs essential for success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective collaboration.
About the Role
