About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our Life Sciences team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware systems.
  • Perform periodic reviews and maintenance of client systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in IT departments, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management) principles.
  • Ability to work on client sites and travel as required.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
  • Experience with manual testing and qualification processes.
  • Understanding of LIMS and CDS basics.
