Marketing Role Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase visibility and drive sales
* Manage and develop the CRM system, including administration duties, GDPR compliance, and report generation
* Create and develop content to support sales and project activity, in liaison with BDMs and Engineering
* Plan and implement all Marcoms activity, including Advertising, Exhibitions, PR, Newsletters, and internal marketing communications
* Ensure the corporate identity and brand is correctly implemented at all times

Requirements:

* Experience of working in a B2B environment, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial setting
* Experience of using a CRM and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Console, and Yoast
* Experience of working within a marketing role for the purpose of lead generation
* Experience of marketing to an international market
