Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and increase our visibility in target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies and plans to enhance lead generation and increase our visibility in target markets.
  • Support Brand Development: Support brand development and drive sales through both online and offline marketing channels, including content creation, social media management, and video production.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and key account developments to inform and adapt our marketing strategy as needed.
  • CRM System Management: Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance, accurate lead management, and effective campaign creation and analysis.
  • Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Content Creation: Create and tailor content in collaboration with Business Development Managers and Engineering teams to support sales and project activities, including region-specific and language-specific materials.
  • Marketing Communications: Plan and execute all marketing communications (Marcoms) activities, including advertising, exhibitions, PR, newsletters, and internal communications to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Support corporate initiatives related to core values, CSR, sustainability, and lean manufacturing.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent implementation of our corporate identity and brand across all internal and external communications.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and analyze online and offline marketing campaigns, including email and integrated campaigns, as well as customer surveys, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, including planning and tracking expenditures in alignment with our annual budget.
  • Marketing Innovation: Contribute to the overall marketing efforts by proposing and developing new ideas to foster a creative and innovative marketing environment.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications/Education:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
  • CIM Qualification: CIM qualification is a plus.

Technical Experience:

  • Proven Experience in B2B Marketing: Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment.
  • CRM System Management: Experience in CRM system management, including administration and campaign execution.
  • Website Management: Proficiency in managing websites through a CMS, such as WordPress.
  • Analytical and SEO Tools: Familiarity with analytical and SEO tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.
  • Agency Management: Experience in working with external agencies and managing agency relationships.
  • Customer Interaction: Comfortable in a highly professional, customer-focused environment, with experience in direct customer interactions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring full buy-in and support for marketing initiatives, including presenting to internal teams.

Specialist Equipment Experience:

  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in WordPress, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics packages.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms and other relevant software.
