Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and increase our market share.
Support Brand DevelopmentSupport the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Drive Sales through Marketing ChannelsDrive sales through both online and offline marketing channels, including content creation, social media management, and video production.
Monitor Market TrendsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and key account developments to inform and adapt our marketing strategy as needed.
Manage CRM SystemManage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance, accurate lead management, and effective campaign creation and analysis.
Oversee Company WebsiteOversee the company website, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
Create and Tailor ContentCreate and tailor content in collaboration with Business Development Managers and Engineering teams to support sales and project activities.
Plan and Execute Marketing CommunicationsPlan and execute all marketing communications (Marcoms) activities, including advertising, exhibitions, PR, newsletters, and internal communications.
Support Corporate InitiativesSupport corporate initiatives related to core values, CSR, sustainability, and lean manufacturing.
Ensure Brand ConsistencyEnsure consistent implementation of our corporate identity and brand across all internal and external communications.
Plan, Execute, and Analyze Marketing CampaignsPlan, execute, and analyze online and offline marketing campaigns, including email and integrated campaigns, as well as customer surveys.
Manage Marketing BudgetManage the marketing budget, including planning and tracking expenditures in alignment with our annual budget.
Contribute to Marketing EffortsContribute to the overall marketing efforts by proposing and developing new ideas to foster a creative and innovative marketing environment.
Requirements- Qualifications/Education
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
CIM QualificationCIM qualification is a plus.
Technical ExperienceProven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment.
CRM System ManagementExperience in CRM system management, including administration and campaign execution.
Website ManagementProficiency in managing websites through a CMS, such as WordPress.
Analytical and SEO ToolsFamiliarity with analytical and SEO tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.
Agency ManagementExperience in working with external agencies and managing agency relationships.
Customer InteractionComfortable in a highly professional, customer-focused environment, with experience in direct customer interactions.
Stakeholder ManagementAbility to work effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring full buy-in and support for marketing initiatives, including presenting to internal teams.
