About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team at The Source Technical Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies and plans to enhance lead generation and increase our visibility in target markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and increase our market share.

Support Brand Development

Support the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

Drive Sales through Marketing Channels

Drive sales through both online and offline marketing channels, including content creation, social media management, and video production.

Monitor Market Trends

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and key account developments to inform and adapt our marketing strategy as needed.

Manage CRM System

Manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance, accurate lead management, and effective campaign creation and analysis.

Oversee Company Website

Oversee the company website, ensuring all content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.

Create and Tailor Content

Create and tailor content in collaboration with Business Development Managers and Engineering teams to support sales and project activities.

Plan and Execute Marketing Communications

Plan and execute all marketing communications (Marcoms) activities, including advertising, exhibitions, PR, newsletters, and internal communications.

Support Corporate Initiatives

Support corporate initiatives related to core values, CSR, sustainability, and lean manufacturing.

Ensure Brand Consistency

Ensure consistent implementation of our corporate identity and brand across all internal and external communications.

Plan, Execute, and Analyze Marketing Campaigns

Plan, execute, and analyze online and offline marketing campaigns, including email and integrated campaigns, as well as customer surveys.

Manage Marketing Budget

Manage the marketing budget, including planning and tracking expenditures in alignment with our annual budget.

Contribute to Marketing Efforts

Contribute to the overall marketing efforts by proposing and developing new ideas to foster a creative and innovative marketing environment.

Requirements
  • Qualifications/Education

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is desirable.

CIM Qualification

CIM qualification is a plus.

Technical Experience

Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment.

CRM System Management

Experience in CRM system management, including administration and campaign execution.

Website Management

Proficiency in managing websites through a CMS, such as WordPress.

Analytical and SEO Tools

Familiarity with analytical and SEO tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.

Agency Management

Experience in working with external agencies and managing agency relationships.

Customer Interaction

Comfortable in a highly professional, customer-focused environment, with experience in direct customer interactions.

Stakeholder Management

Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring full buy-in and support for marketing initiatives, including presenting to internal teams.
