Job Title: Training Administrator
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to deliver financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 training in a classroom setting. The successful candidate will progress to workplace visits, manage a caseload, and contribute to the growth of our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback
- Produce regular progress reports to track student performance
- Attend team meetings to discuss training plans and strategies
- Manage a caseload of students effectively, ensuring timely completion of training
- Utilize an e-portfolio system to monitor student progress
- Prioritize preparation for Ofsted visits to maintain high standards
Requirements:
- A recognized Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33, or CAVA)
- Significant experience delivering financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 training or similar
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
