Job Title: Training Administrator

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to deliver financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 training in a classroom setting. The successful candidate will progress to workplace visits, manage a caseload, and contribute to the growth of our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback
  • Produce regular progress reports to track student performance
  • Attend team meetings to discuss training plans and strategies
  • Manage a caseload of students effectively, ensuring timely completion of training
  • Utilize an e-portfolio system to monitor student progress
  • Prioritize preparation for Ofsted visits to maintain high standards

Requirements:

  • A recognized Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33, or CAVA)
  • Significant experience delivering financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 training or similar

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
