Administrative Operations Coordinator

In this Administrative Operations Coordinator position, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our production environment. Your primary responsibility will be to undertake various tasks to ensure efficient production processes, including general administrative duties and operational activities.
You will support the design, development, and coordination of operational training documentation and programs. You will also assist with purchasing activities, supplier communication, and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will participate in office meetings, take meeting minutes, and contribute to lean six sigma and continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure. A background in a busy lean manufacturing or production environment is essential, and previous experience of technical or operational responsibilities would be advantageous. We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
