Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with existing customers in key markets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team. They will also possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

The role involves developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive revenue growth, leading and supporting a small sales team, and identifying and building relationships with new clients in key markets such as Sport, Construction, Events & Exhibitions, Retail, and Offices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Lead and support a small sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Identify and build relationships with new clients and maintain strong partnerships with existing customers in our key markets: Sport, Construction, Events & Exhibitions, Retail, and Offices.
* Spend 50% of your time in the office strategising and collaborating with the team and 50% customer-facing to develop and strengthen client relationships.
* Present and promote print solutions to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
* Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
* Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
* Print industry experience is preferable but not essential.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development practices.
* Demonstrated success in selling to key markets such as Sport, Construction, Events & Exhibitions, Retail, and Offices.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
