We are seeking a skilled Healthcare and Access Partner to join our UK & Ireland Rheumatology team, covering the South West of the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales, marketing, and market access strategies to maintain and expand the sales of UCB's immunology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement territory commercial and market access strategies for immunology brands through excellence in account management.
- Create a positive environment for UCB's products through the implementation of business plans in the defined time frame.
- Identify opportunities to drive patient value in key accounts, new projects, or added-value services that would grow market or secure commitment to UCB products.
- Pharmaceutical or NHS management experience.
- ABPI examination qualification.
- Proven successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key NHS customers.
- Experience and knowledge in the rheumatology market, including biologics.
- Demonstrated national and local NHS knowledge.
- Detailed product/competitor knowledge.
- Experience in business planning and business case development.
- Knowledge of funding pathways and processes for higher-cost branded medicines.
