About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance/Quality Manager to join our team at KDR Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Data Quality Framework, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Quality Framework to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and implement data profiling and quality metrics to measure data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain data quality procedures and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data quality solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead and manage a small team of analysts to ensure data quality and governance objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data governance, quality, and compliance, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Strong understanding of data quality frameworks, data profiling, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with metadata management and data quality tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex data quality issues.
