Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a key player in our customer service operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in dealing with customer complaints and creating positive resolutions. You will be IT literate and numerate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major player in the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing industry. You will be part of a growing business that values quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain close contact with all relevant team members throughout the business
- Liaise with procurement, sales, production, and warehouse departments
- Escalate issues to operations manager and departmental leads
- Analyse data to identify trends and solutions
- Process sales orders when required
Requirements:
- Customer service background with a clear understanding of dealing with customer concerns
- Experience in the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing industry advantageous
- IT literate and numerate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate with customers and colleagues to extract and provide relevant information
Salary: Circa £27,500 per annum
