Clinical Podiatry Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Podiatry Specialist to join our East Cheshire NHS Trust Community Podiatry Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Clinical Specialist in the Podiatry Service, providing expert care to patients with complex foot conditions.
- Undertake triage, assessment, and treatment of referred patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement specialist services, including wound care, nail surgery, and biomechanics, to meet the needs of our patients.
- Support the development of Podiatrists, Podiatry Assistants, and Podiatry students, providing clinical education and mentorship.
- Collaborate with Team Managers and Advanced Clinical Specialists to drive service improvement initiatives and enhance patient care.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Specialist Podiatrist, with a strong background in wound care and biomechanics.
