Job Description

The Regulatory Project Manager will oversee projects from initial conception to completion, ensuring that they meet all relevant building regulations. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.

You will be responsible for delivering technical advice to clients and stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from start to finish.
  • Providing expert guidance on Building Regulations and legislation.
  • Ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Salary Range: £53,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
