Job Overview

In this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Health and Care Coordinator. As a key member of our student support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our students.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and reviewing information, resources, and training related to student health and care needs. You will work closely with key staff, parents, and professionals to ensure consistent and robust information sharing practices, supporting the creation of risk assessments, support plans, and policies that meet the health and care needs of our students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and reviewing information, resources, and training related to student health and care needs
  • Ensuring consistent and robust information sharing practices among staff, parents, and professionals
  • Supporting the creation of risk assessments, support plans, and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent substantial experience managing student health and care needs
  • Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to form positive relationships

Estimated Salary:** £25,500 - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
