Office Management and Maintenance Professional

\. We are seeking a proactive Office Management and Maintenance Professional to join our team as a full-time Facilities Coordinator.
\. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including facility maintenance, safety, and management.
\. Key responsibilities include coordinating office moves, renovations, and reconfigurations; conducting regular safety inspections; and maintaining accurate records of space allocations and furniture inventory.
\. A bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
\. Requirements:
\. Minimum of three years' experience in facilities coordination or a related field
\. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
\. Proficiency in computer applications, including facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
