Customer Service Representative

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate customer care appointments, maximizing retention performance and growth potential.
  • Use Salesforce and other company-defined IT systems to effectively manage customer query resolution cases, pipelines, and sales activity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of customer service and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant IT systems.
