We are a forward-thinking organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the UK.

Job Description

This role involves managing the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
  5. Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
  6. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.

Remuneration

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme and health benefits.
