Client Planning Coordinator

As a Client Planning Advisor with BSI, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both our clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to schedule appointments across the UK.
- Utilizing planning resources to ensure seamless scheduling and timely delivery of services.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business through effective communication of products and services to existing customers.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- The ability to interpret geographical knowledge to support cost-effective booking of client visits.
- High-level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Target-focused and driven to achieve team results.
