Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Reporting to: Senior Client Service Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
The Opportunity:
We are a bespoke electronic security company working predominantly in central London. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the ticketing system on our CRM, ensuring all client tickets are acknowledged within SLA and engineers are coordinated to visit if necessary.
- Ensure that all service calls are managed correctly on our Opem CRM system.
- Respond to all telephone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Update the CRM with dates for client maintenance visits (PPMs).
- Comply with and promote all working policies and procedures.
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of tickets/actions on the CRM for invoicing purposes.
- Be computer literate and proficient in using our CRM system.
- Work with minimum supervision or as part of a team.
