Job Description

Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Reporting to: Senior Client Service Coordinator

Location: Milton Keynes

The Opportunity:

We are a bespoke electronic security company working predominantly in central London. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the ticketing system on our CRM, ensuring all client tickets are acknowledged within SLA and engineers are coordinated to visit if necessary.
  2. Ensure that all service calls are managed correctly on our Opem CRM system.
  3. Respond to all telephone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
  4. Update the CRM with dates for client maintenance visits (PPMs).
  5. Comply with and promote all working policies and procedures.
  6. Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate updating of tickets/actions on the CRM for invoicing purposes.
  8. Be computer literate and proficient in using our CRM system.
  9. Work with minimum supervision or as part of a team.
