Sales Coordinator

WSR is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing front-line communications, coordinating incoming inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and log all inquiries into our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely project updates and maintain seamless communication.
- Generate and provide customer quotes to meet their needs and expectations.
- Ensure prompt, professional responses to phone calls and emails to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Direct inquiries to relevant team members to ensure prompt responses and resolution.
- Gain product knowledge through internal technical training to address customer questions and concerns.
