Client Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Planning Advisor to join our Planning team in Milton Keynes. As a Client Planning Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients and colleagues via telephone and email to schedule appointments and provide planning solutions.
- Utilize planning resources to schedule client appointments across the UK, ensuring timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks.
- Provide short- and long-term planning solutions to meet monthly delivery targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate with clients to minimize diary changes and resolve customer dissatisfaction through feedback.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business by communicating relevant products and services to existing customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in an effective and efficient manner.
- Previous experience in a planning and/or scheduling role.
- Excellent telephony manner and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Geographical knowledge to support cost-effective booking of client visits.
- Ability to manage and negotiate conflicting situations on the telephone.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Target-focused and driven to achieve team results.
