Remedy Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team at an SEN Provision in Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to students with complex needs, helping them to develop positive behaviours and achieve their academic goals.

The role of a Behaviour Mentor involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop tailored strategies to meet the individual needs of each student. You will provide high-quality support to students, focusing on their social and emotional development, and help them to overcome personal barriers.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent behaviour management skills, as well as experience working with young people who require additional support. You will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students and thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
